Brechin Acorns

The generous ladies of Brechin Acorns hosted the Scott Sutherland Project and the Commando story. The emphasis of the talk was on the families of wartime Commandos and the lasting impact it left on wives and children. Once the beret was removed the soldier reverted to being a son, brother, husband and father. They all shared the same sense of loss when someone didn't make it home.

The project fund received a wonderful donation of £55 from the Brechin Acorns. Thanks to everyone for their hospitality and kindness.
